Ignite your child's imagination with this Modular Toy Helicopter Set. This premium collection features two specialized aircraft—a high-visibility Medical Rescue unit and a rugged Forest Cargo unit. Engineered for both play and education, these toys utilize our signature threaded assembly system, allowing kids to build their own fleet using 3D-printed bolts and axles.
Each helicopter comes with its own matching Helipad, providing a dedicated landing zone for rescue missions or cargo deliveries. The rotors and propellers spin freely, and the wheels are fully functional, making these the perfect addition to any toy city or nursery shelf.
🚁 Meet the Rescue Fleet
This set includes two unique designs optimized for multi-color printing:
- The Rescuer (Rescue White/Red): Features emergency medical decals and high-contrast red rotors.
- The Sky-Hauler (Forest Green): A robust cargo design with expressive "eyes" and a military-inspired aesthetic.
- The Landing Zones: Two "H" Helipads designed to fit the wheelbases of both helicopters perfectly.
🛠 Modular & Interchangeable
The threaded axles, wheels, and rotors are 100% interchangeable between models. Our Patreon supporters get access to the Fusion 360 Source File (.f3d), allowing you to design your own custom tail fins, larger rotors, or specialized landing gear!
📂 File Types Included
- STL: Individual parts for both helicopters (bodies, rotors, wheels, bolts) and helipads.
- Bambu Studio .3mf: Pre-colored and plate-optimized project.
- Creality Print .3mf: Pre-configured project; this is optimized for printing with SPARKX i7.
⚙️ Printing Settings
- Support: None Required.
- Design Note: Every part has been engineered to print cleanly without supports, including the threaded axles and the curved helicopter bodies.
- Orientation: Print the main bodies on their sides. Print rotors, wheels, and helipads flat on the bed. Print bolts vertically.
- Layer Height: 0.2mm (Essential for precision thread engagement).
- Wall Loops: 3 to 4 loops (Highly recommended for the strength of the threaded parts).
- Infill: 15% (Gyroid).
- Material: PLA (Bright, vibrant colors like Red, White, and Forest Green look best).
